MEET OUR PASTORS
In the year of 2019, New Beginnings began worshipping inside of their new location of the international institute. In that same year Pastor Rochelle (White) Chapman married the love of her life, Pastor Frederick Chapman. For years, they prayed about what ministry would look like considering they both are Senior Pastors of their own respectable church. Soon enough the Lord led Pastor Frederick Chapman along with other members of his congregation, to join alongside New Beginnings. Together they lead New Beginnings Bible Church. The love, humility, respect, and reverence our Pastors share with one another and our congregation is unmatched.

We believe that there is one God who eternally exists as the Holy Trinity: God the Father, God the Son, and God the Holy Spirit. We believe that His return for His church is imminent according to Holy Scripture and that He will manifest himself visibly to this world. We believe that Jesus Christ in the flesh was both God and man; that He was born of a virgin and that He lived a sinless life, in which He taught and wrought mighty works, wonders, and signs revealed in the Gospels; that He was crucified, died for our sins, and was raised from the dead body. Later He ascended to the Father’s right hand where He is the head of the Church, intercedes for believers, and shall return in a personal, visible and imminent manifestation.(Matthew 1:18, 21-23, Hebrews 4:15, Matthew 28:6, Matthew 16:18, Acts 1:11) We believe that Jesus Christ in the flesh was both God and man; that He was born of a virgin and that He lived a sinless life, in which He taught and wrought mighty works, wonders, and signs revealed in the Gospels; that He was crucified, died for our sins, and was raised from the dead body. (Matthew 1:18, 21-23, Hebrews 4:15, Matthew 28:6, Matthew 16:18, Acts 1:11) We believe that the redemptive work of Christ on the cross provides divine healing for us in answer to believing prayer. (1st Peter 2:24, Psalms 103:2-3, James 5:15) We believe that a true believer is eternally secure, that we cannot lose our salvation, but that sin will interrupt the joy of our fellowship with God and bring the loving chastisement of our Heavenly Father. (John 10:28-30, John 3:16, Romans 8:1) We believe that it is the goal of every believer to grow in spiritual maturity through obedience to the Word of God and the indwelling of the Holy Spirit. (John 10:10, Ephesians 3:20, Philippians 4:13) We believe in water baptism and the observance of the Lord’s Supper. (John 22:19-20, Mark 14:22-24, Matthew 26:26-28, Matthew 28:19-20)
